See list, but ad least to the beginning. What do you not like as opposed to love from the list above?

Hehe, those first two I’m pretty sure I answered before, as well as a couple others, but since this is favorites week I can answer again!

Favorite food, of all, is cherries!

Favorite Video game is impossible for me to pin down on a single game, there’s so many games that I like that span across all genres of game. I could list favorite games for hours and still not be able to pick just one, couldn’t even narrow it down to a top ten.

Favorite place to visit is a tough one. I don’t really have a favorite place to visit! I don’t like to go outdoors much. I’m a house mouse!

Favorite person in the whole wide world, aww, well that’s easy! It’s Fowo! Of course. Hehe.

Favorite animal has always been wolves!

Favorite drink, hmm, generally it’s Sprite or 7-up, and yes there is a taste difference between the two!

Favorite music was answered before, but it’s another difficult one! I love all types of music, and it’s really hard for me to pin it down to just one song, artist, or even genre. Last time I answered Pop Music, because that encompasses a great number of styles. Not that listen to the top 40 stations all the time, but top 40s across every year probably has more than a few songs that I like.

Favorite time of year, winter. I love the cold and the snow and everything.

And now the least favorites of everything? Eep!

Least favorite food: cheese. I really don’t like plain straight cheese.

Least favorite video game, obviously that’d normally go to like the general “hated” games like Superman 64, or Daikatana, or Big Rigs Racing. Out of my personal collection though, my least favorite is Top Gear: Dare Devil on the PS2. I bought it in good faith that it would be like the old classic awesome SNES Top Gear games.
I was sorely disappointed.

Least favorite place to visit, everywhere that requires me to travel by plane! I really don’t like flying and try to avoid it as much as possible.

Least favorite person in the whole wide world, um… I’m not sure there is anyone.

Least favorite animal… elephants. It has nothing to do with the thought that elephants and mice don’t get along either! I just really don’t like elephants.

Least favorite drink, Manzanita Sol. Not sure what they were thinking in making an apple flavored soda.

Least favorite music, anything where the lyrics are devolved into unintelligent growling, and the “new” Rap. Rap from the 80s is fine, but it should have been left there. Techno tends to bother me too.

Least favorite song “Sandstorm” by Darude. Not sure why this became so popular, but it’s overplayed, dull, uninspired…

Least favorite time of year, summer… I really hate the heat, and hate sweating, don’t really enjoy the outdoor summer activities either.

And now I’m out of breath… that was a lot of questions to answer! But keep them coming people!

Hmm.. Question about something good!

What is your favorite and least favorite kind of game? (board games? card games? video games?) And which is? (If the card game, would it be poker? etc)
:P

My favorite games are video games, but I couldn’t narrow it down to just one. I do enjoy a good board game and card game now and then as well though. Always been pretty fond of Monopoly and Scene it. As for card games, I really love the Free Realms Trading Card game, both in game and physical versions. Texas Hold ‘Em is good too.

As for least favorite games, I dunno. Guess I haven’t played enough card and board games to pick a least favorite of them.

What’s your favorite genre for books and movies? Least favorite?
This kind of choice really tells a lot about people, I find. :)

Mouse Reply:

Unfortunately, I haven’t read books in years and years, so I don’t really know which books are my thing. I think the last book that I enjoyed was actually a tie in to a video game’s background.
Movies, I tend to really enjoy thrillers the most, can watch those all the time. Least favorite movies happens to be horror films, mindless killing and blood and zombies and what not, just not my thing.

Not reading books is telling too, so that counts.
And you like thrillers, eh? Big fan of that feeling of catharsis at the end of the movie when it all falls into place? Or are you more a fan of the part when you’re in suspense?

A little of both! It’s especially fun if I can figure it out before the great revelation. It also keeps me interested in “detective” type shows like Monk and Psych, or even further back like Columbo. Big fan of House too, which is still, at heart, a detective show.

That’s good. I enjoy the shows you mentioned as well, though the only one I watch semi-regularly is House, since I rarely watch TV. Still, I applaud your taste there.

While I like caramel and such, I don’t like the kind that get stuck in your teeth or to the roof of your mouth and just get stuck there while you’re frantically trying to scrape it off with your tongue.

How about your favorite/least favorite places. Depending on how much you’ve travelled this could be cities, towns or just places around home I suppose :)

Back when I did travel a lot, I used to go all over the United States of America. Oddly though, my favorite place I’ve been to would probably be Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. I dunno why, but things were just quite a bit different there, any it’s always nice to have a change of pace now and then.

As for least favorite, hands down, Las Vegas, Nevada. It’s just way too hot there.

Ok… here’s some more that I can think of

On Music:
———————————————————————–
We already know what you like and don’t like, and you’ve already said that you can’t peg a single genre, so here are some specific questions

1. Who’s your favorite and least favorite artists in Classical, Hard Rock, Alternative, Classic rock, Rap, Hip hop, Techno/Electronica (if any. By the way, I LOVE techno, but that doesn’t matter =P), and any other genre’s you can think of

2. What’s your favorite and least favorite SONG in those genres.

————————————————————————
Dancing.
————————————————————————
We don’t know what you think about dancing, but even so, no one is able to resist the urge to move to the right beat, and everyone should know what their favorite dance is.

3. What is your favorite and least favorite dance?

4. Where is you favorite and least favorite place to dance?

————————————————-
Vidjia games
————————————————-
Much like music, you’ve said you can’t peg Which genre you like the most, but again, even inside those genres, there are favorites and least favorites, that plus I’m a video game nut myself =P

5. What is your favorite and least favorite Video game Genre?

6. Much like question one, inside each genre, what is your favorite and least favorite video game (Genres may include: Horror, Adventure, Hack n’ slash (much like Dynasty warriors), Dungeon crawl (much like the legend of Zelda), First Person Shooter, Strategy, RPG, Puzzle and the like)

7. What is your favorite and least favorite system to play on (though, I think I know the answer to the second part.)? NOTE: Computers are systems too!

8. What are your favorite and least favorite games on each different system, this can include all the way back to atari and even arcades! NOTE: If you can’t pin one down, then just say so.

——————————————————
Comics and heroes
——————————————————
Everyone knows of Super Man, Bat Man, and Spider Man, and a few others! I’m certain that everyone has a favorite hero, and a favorite comic book.

9. What is your favorite and least favorite Comic Book series?

10. Favorite and least favorite hero?

11. What about your favorite and least favorite Sunday morning funnies?

12. How about your favorite and least favorite super Villain?

13. Would you be a hero, a villain, or a neutral?

—————————————————
Movies and TV
—————————————————
We’ve learned your tastes in movie genres, but there are more specific matters at hand!

14. Again, much like question one, what’s your favorite movie in any genre you can think of?

15. Who’s your favorite and least actor, or at the very least a top 5?

16. Who’s your favorite and least favorite Comedian?

17. Do you have an all time favorite and least favorite cartoon?

18. How about your favorite and least favorite TV series?

————————————————
Misc.
————————————————
I’ve pretty much run outta questions, But I got one more.

19. Do you have a favorite object in the WHOLE WIDE WORLD? Much like Linus’s security blanket, and some other people stuffed animals and whatnot.

Whew! what a post… just short of 20 questions, but it’s gonna seem like more to you since they’re all basically DOUBLE questions… Take you’re time in answering if need be, I’ll wait.

1. Favorite Classical Artist would probably be between Tchaikovsky, Beethoven, and Mozart. I don’t think I really have a least favorite classical artist, however, all classical music is just so spectacular.

Favorite Hard Rock artist, that’s kind of a broad genre, I’ll consider that it contains Metal, and name Judas Priest as my favorite. Least favorite, um, hmm… probably something along the lines of System of a Down.

Favorite Alternative, I’ll go with Muse for this one! Least favorite, The Pixies.

Favorite Classic Rock, Creedence Clearwater Revival! Least favorite? I’m not sure I have one, all Classic Rock is pretty cool. Maybe Styx or REO Speedwagon would count as least favorites.

Favorite Rap and Hip Hop would have to be like Public Enemy or Run DMC. Least favorite is pretty much everyone else.

Favorite Techno/Electronica, Freezepop is Synth Pop, closest to anything that I like in that genre, everything else is under least favorites.

2. Favorite Classical Song, Moonlight Sonata. Don’t have a least favorite.

Favorite Hard Rock Song, TNT by AC/DC; Least favorite Chop Suey.

Favorite Alternative song, No One Knows by Queens of the Stone Age; Least Favorite Celebrity Skin by Hole.

Favorite Classic Rock Song, Godzilla by Blue Oyster Cult; Least favorite, not too sure on this one.

Favorite Rap Song, the first and original. Rapper’s Delight by the Sugarhill Gang. Least favorite, I could make an entire novel.

Favorite Synth Pop song, Frontload by Freezepop. Least favorite, Sandstorm by Darude.

3. Favorite dance, Caramelldansen! Least favorite, disco.

4. Favorite place to dance, alone, in my room. Least favorite, on stage, in public.

5. Favorite video game genre, this is a toughie. I’d have to say Point and Click adventures probably had the most impact on me, and Platformers are the most fun to play if they’re done well. My favorite “genre” would be hard to classify though, I like being able to explore, find new things, and figure out puzzles. I’ll play pretty much any game though.

Least favorite is Survival Horror, but I’ve slowly been coming around to them.

6. Favorite games in each genre. Well, my favorite music game is Rock Band 2, and least favorite is any of the Neversoft developed Guitar Hero games.

Survival Horror, I’ve actually only completed one so far, but I’ve started a second. I don’t think I’ve played enough to really pick a favorite or least favorite though.

First Person Shooter, Well… My favorite is probably Half-Life 2 if we’re going for single player experience, Killzone 2 is a close second, and has the multiplayer going for it. If we went for multiplayer only, I’d say Team Fortress 2 on PC. For the most complete package, I’d say Killzone 2 is the best of both of those though (multiplayer and single player). My least favorite is Halo, the whole series.

Third Person Shooter, I don’t think I really play too many of them, but I really liked Armed and Dangerous, even though it’s not really a very good game, it’s just really funny. Least favorite, I’m not really sure, I don’t play too many in this genre.

Point and Click Adventure, I’ll go with my favorite being good ol’ Curse of Monkey Island. My least favorite that I’ve played is King’s Quest VII.

RPG, I’m not sure I could really limit it to a single game, but I really like Final Fantasy IX, if we’re quantifying Western RPGs as different from JRPGs, then I’d also say KOTOR, the original, was up there, but I could go on with RPGs for a while, even including Strategy RPGs seperately and so on. Least favorite RPG, I’ve had a hard time getting in to Morrowind.

Hack and Slash, haven’t really played too many of them, mostly only demos of them. The PS2 had a few I was interested in, like I think one of them was Maximo, but I really don’t recall. I have a couple sitting on my shelf that I’ve just not gotten around to playing yet. I also enjoyed the Lord of the Rings movie tie in hack and slash games, and some of the Gauntlet games. Least favorite though? I dunno, they’re all pretty similar mindless fun, but get old fast.

Dungeon Crawlers, I’d just like to point out that Zelda is not a dungeon crawler. Typical dungeon crawlers are games with randomized dungeons like Diablo, Darkstone, Baulder’s Gate. These are almost too similar to hack and slash games for me though. Don’t really have a favorite or least favorite here.

Real Time Strategy, I love Starcraft and Warcraft 3, they’re quite even though, but I probably play Warcraft 3 a tiny bit more. Least favorite is the Command and Conquer series.

Turn Based Strategy, I haven’t played too much of, but I love the Total War series, in particular Medieval II Total War and its expansion. I haven’t really played the Civ series, but I’m kinda interested in it, maybe someday. Don’t have a least favorite here either.

Puzzle, Kickle Cubicle on the NES. I don’t think puzzle reaches a higher perfection than that game. Oh how I wish they’d release it on Virtual Console so others could experience it. Least favorite puzzle game, quite a few of the casual games that try to call themselves puzzle games. Can’t think of a good example though.

Platformer, hands down my favorite is Psychonauts. Least favorite is probably Super Mario 64. It was alright, but I’ve played much better.

Racing, Burnout Paradise. I don’t typically like racing games, but this one proved to me how fun they actually can be. Least favorite, Top Gear: Dare Devil.

Sim game, I love the very original Rollercoaster Tycoon, everything else pretty much pales in comparison to it, to me. Least favorite, I’ll cheat here and say any flight sim. Those games are impossible.

MMO, while I really enjoy Free Realms, it seems we’re talking more about actual purchased games, so I’ll say Guild Wars, it’s kept me on it for four years, but it helps that I don’t have to pay a monthly fee. Least favorite is World of Warcraft, the game bored me out of my mind way too quickly.

Zelda-esque game, I’ve never figured out how to explain this genre, it only seems to include a few games like Fable and the Zelda series. My favorite though is Okami, can’t top that fantastic game. Least favorite? The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.

7. Favorite system, well since you include the PC as a system, PC is my favorite, just because it’s got the largest library of games, hands down. Least favorite that I’ve actually played on, Xbox 1. (And for the record, I’ve played on a Virtual Boy before.)

8. I’ll just go through systems I own.

NES, the aforementioned Kickle Cubicle is my favorite. Least favorite Back to the Future Parts 2 and 3.

SNES, Favorite is Super Mario RPG: The Legend of the Seven Stars, least favorite Swat Kats: The Radical Squadron.

PS1, Favorite is probably Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, I’m sorry that I had never picked this up before it was released digitally on the PSN. Least favorite, there’s quite a few, I’m not sure I could name one.

PS2, the aforementioned Okami! Least favorite was also mentioned before, Top Gear: Dare Devil.

PS3, While I have a small library of PS3 games so far, my favorite is probably LittleBigPlanet; my least favorite is Lair, glad I only rented that one.

PC, Curse of Monkey Island tops as a favorite, least favorite could go on for far too long.

9. I never really go in to comics too much, but I know a little bit about them, the only ones I personally read were ones that were done off video games or TV shows. I read the Sonic the Hedgehog comics until after a certain pivotal point in them, when I lost interest. Least favorite, I was pretty disappointed with Watchmen. I’m sure it was probably amazing when it first released, but I just feel it hasn’t held up well at all.

10. Favorite hero: Iron Man. Least favorite: Aqua Man.

11. Favorite Sunday comic, I always like Garfield, even if he is pretty formulaic. Least favorite, Doonsbury.

12. Favorite Super Villian: I don’t really know much about the various villians, but I always liked the design of Dr. Doom. Least favorite is probably Mysterio, just because he’s pretty lame.

13. This isn’t a favorites question! Hehe, but I’d probably be mostly neutral until being forced towards more heroic circumstances.

14. Favorite movie was answered just a bit ago, it’s Memento!

15. Favorite actor, Johnny Depp! Least favorite, Ben Affleck.

16. Favorite comedian is a lesser known, Dana Gould. Least favorite, Dane Cook.

17. Favorite cartoon was probably Powerpuff Girls! While my least favorite was Ren and Stimpy.

18. Favorite TV Series is House, and my least favorite is Lost.

19. I most certainly do! Unfortunately, you’ll just have to wait to find out what it is!

Huh… it’s so weird, really, how different people can be… see, I LOVE Techno including “sandstorm”, System of the down AND Chop Suey myself… It’s just REALLY interesting to see XD.

And if you don’t consider Zelda an Dungeon crawl, maybe you’d consider it a special type of RPG or an RPG/Hack n’ Slash? If you think about it, it makes sense You take the *ROLL* of the main character to save the world… but if you think about it that way, then almost every game is an RPG then…

ALSO, A couple of games that I think you should try out that fit the “Zelda” category are “Dark Cloud 1″ and “Dark Cloud 2,” I LOVE those games, and I’d like to see what you think.

Finally, I beg to differ that question 13 is, in fact, a favorites question… It’s just worded awkwardly… I asked “13. Would you be a hero, a villain, or a neutral?” BUT I could have easily said “13. What’s your favorite alignment, Good, Bad, or Neutral?” and it would be the same question, just worded right… … … I was expecting you to call this a non-favorite question =P

I did enjoy the first Dark Cloud just because it had some different concepts to it. Also in the “Zelda-esque” category would be Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts 2, I just really don’t know how to classify those, I guess on a technicality they could be considered a hack and slash, but you’re usually using other inventory items or magic spells or abilities and such. Maybe “Action RPG” would fit best, and I think that’s what Fable calls themself.
