Even when I try its hard not to say "Ah" or "um" at least once or twice. I once took a speech class where you got marked down based on the number of times you did that during a speech! Of course, some people could go up there and ramble on and on and on and not get marked down at all even though half of what they said was filler and didn't even have anything to do with their overall speech!
