Wednesday Update #50
Okay! Finally another one of these! D:
A few completely random things, one of which was too awesome not to share! 
Also, go buy the new Scott Pilgrim game, its a ton of fun. It really is like an old-school 16-bit beat-em-up.

First up! A really random video, that I know nothing about except that the character looks hilarious and the song has been stuck in my head for days, lol.
What if you had all these awesome powers, but had to wear the most ridiculous costume to use them? Would you still want them? Or try to make your ridiculous outfit somehow “cool”?
Something to think about. 
Next up, some music! I just heard this song a little while ago, and its been stuck in my head as well. Just the part where he hits that one note and holds it like that is great.
Granted, I have no idea what’s going on besides that, lol. Is this what dance clubs are always like? D:
And the last one! This one pretty much speaks for itself, lol.
Man, the ability to punch ANYTHING IN EXISTENCE would be completely awesome, wouldn’t it?

Not all the songs that are played are as good as Pendulum’s, though I only went to one when Pendulum played there. Love all of Pendulum’s stuff and if you like that you might want to try out DJ Shadow I suggest “Midnight in a Perfect World”.

I think I’ll be pink-blind for a week. The video is funny indeed, it’s looks like a japanese batman parody. But maybe the funniest is that it should be ridiculous even for the japanese scale. Awesome powers? humm do you mean the pink ray and the tons of moneys? hell yeah, when you are rich you cant be ridiculous, just eccetric. XD
About the Pendulum video, I cant see it. Today youtube hates me. But I was able to see the Digimon video… When I was young the digimons were stroger than a kid with his naked hands

Its funny that you say that! There’s a few scenes in the video where it directly parody’s Batman comics/pictures! If I had super powers or something, I’d dress up in a ridiculous outfit too. If a bad guy is defeated by someone in a pink bunny suit, would you ever want to commit a crime again? I’d be too embarrassed to show my face. XD

Man that last video cracked me up. The first part made me think of Rocky III. Then, after a while, I thought “Falcon PUNCH!” As for Scott Pilgrim I saw the trailer and thought to myself ‘how retarded can movies get nowadays’. It just doesn’t suit my interest. I usually watch funny movies every now and then and I just met my quota when I saw The Other Guys. I have a while to watch another now.

He’s talking about the Scott Pilgrim -GAME- which actually is not based on the movie at all, and based off the comics. Even then it’s ‘fairly loose’ as if the books were dumped into the laps of Japanese programmers in the late 80′s, early 90′s and they only had the insane pictures to go off of. And they ended up making an insanely awesome, totally crazy and out there game to match.
Most interesting part of that is that it was developed in Canada, but it’s still a completely and totally awesome game!

I went based on the Scott Pilgrim theme since Monday he mentioned both. Sure they can have an awesome promotional game for this but will the movie succeed? Despite how great the game is I don’t see myself watching the movie.

Yes, but the game really is first and foremost promoting the comics. I don’t particularly care about the movie either, but the game is great, and the comics are, from what I’ve heard.
