I think he was just giving Billie the chance to explain things. Its always better to let things out instead of holding them in, where you worry and fuss and brew them over in your mind.

I also tried a slightly different balloon style than normal! I’m not sure how well it works, though maybe most of you won’t mind it? I dunno, I’m just trying to see what works best.
