And so FW finally makes it to class! But a new problem arises! :O
Believe me, its not fun to have your name said wrong. It happens to me all the time, even though mine is fairly simple I’d think. I say if you’ve got some long, confusing name (such as the one in the comic), you might as well just sound it out for them. Unless you enjoy watching people struggle valiantly at trying to pronounce it, all the while staring with a smug expression while they desperately try to apologize for butchering it completely.
…And no, I haven’t done that before. >_>;
PS – I hope its at least somewhat obvious that he walked right into the classroom without looking up. I’m trying to learn, I really am! D:

Awww, he doesn’t hate you, FW! He just wants you to succeeeeeeeed! At least that’s how it works in all the movies.. >.>
And I run into the “incorrect name” thing all the time.. However, it’s a bit different for me. Rather than mispronouncing my name and stumbling an apology, they assume they were right the first time. “Mr. Colts?” “Mr. Klutz?”.. xP Though problems arise more often when someone is trying to spell my name. “What’s your last name?” “Klotz.” “Alright, C-L-O-T-S.” “Um, no..not what blood does, K-L-O-T-Z. It’s German or something.” “Oh, that’s weird.” XP Fun tiiiiimes.
And if anyone calls me Mr. Klutz intentionally, I won’t be a happy fox. ;p
PS – I think it was obvious enough! :3 At first I thought maybe he was walking by the room, but then I noticed the “Click squeeeek” at the top. :3

My science class can get very annoying. I changed my last name to Inuzuka, but ninety percent of the class just slaughters it. My problem is; most of them are doing it on purpose! Inbazooka?! Inuraso?! What the heck!? I blame our school.
It just doesn’t fit our educational needs, probably because it’s over a million dollars in debt! The prices for anything here are outrageous! Has anyone of you ever joined a sport or activity in high school? I spent $150 for the One-Act play, and another $150 to join baseball (which I suck at!) All of my money is being thrown away!
…I’ve really got to calm down…

I personally thinks is hilarious to watch a teacher try and pronounce my actual name. :3 Though my friends call me Lee and my family (and anyone I know online) calls me LJ which are my first initial and middle initial x3 anyway…I’ve gotten “Leburto? Liberto?” and people who just refuse to pronounce the name altogether x3 Hence the name Lee, a shortened version of Lebrado :3
Lovely little names for both of you: FW: Alfredo x3
Oh yes…my name is pronounce “Le-bra-do” just like it looks…oddly enough like 2 people have ever gotten it, a Canadian Computers teacher and a uber white science lady.
Lastly, I could tell he was wondering into the class x3 *petpet* You’re doing a fantastic job FW~! *snug*

I can understand it. D: I had a horrible time with people pronouncing my name when I was younger. I had a slight speech impediment so all my “R” sounds apparently came out like L….I dunno how the hell that works, but it was what happened!
I always got things like….”Gunello?” “Gualnolo?” ….And then I had a summer school teacher who seemed to deem it necessary to name me “Guano” -_-.
PS. Its spelled Guarnero for me. >.>

I had a pretty bad speech impediment too! Though I couldn’t pronounce “R” sounds at all (which always got me in trouble when I tried to say “shirt”, lol). I don’t understand where they come from, but speech problems like that are no fun at all. XP
