#197 – Kids These Days! No Manners!
Okay! Before anyone asks, the text between the <> means that its in another language not understood by the main characters! I’ve seen the same technique used in various comics (like this Superman one I have where someone’s speaking Kryptonian) so I hope its not too confusing. XD
Well…At least the monster is polite, whatever it is. XD IT doesn’t matter how polite you are if people think you’re scary though, lol.
I hope you’re all doing well and had a great weekend! I didn’t get to see Cowboys & Aliens like I wanted to, but oh well. XD I’m saving up to go see Conan with my dad at least, since he’s a huuuuuge fan of the old comics.
How about all of you? Any big comic book fans out there that have been enjoying the super hero movies?

Thanks for the explanation. I wasn’t sure what that meant. I thought it was telepathy, actually. Ha!

While there isn’t a universal standard to indicate telepathy, one version I liked was used in the SF novel ‘Highways in Hiding’.
#Telepathic dialog was indicated like this#.

Serialized in a magazine in 1955, published in book form in 1956; I think George O. Smith has precedence on the C language in any form! Hadn’t realized it was so old; no wonder it needed a rubber band to keep pages from falling out. And the page edges… were PURPLE!

Its better than a creepstache. My buddies always give people a hard time that want to keep a mustache.
Sorry to say Im not a big fan of comic books. Then when I find out how many movies are being done based on them makes me think that Hollywood ran out of creative ideas.

Hollywood ran out of creative ideas a loooong time ago. XD
And agreed, a creepstache would be worse, lol.

Well, “Big Paw” sounds better than “Big Foot” in this context,.., with canine characters.

Now, when you say Conan, are you referring to the barbarian(http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0816462/) or the comedian(http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1864288/)? There’s a big difference you know!

Conan O’Brien the Barbarian.

My brother saw Cowboys and Aliens. He said it was, quote, ‘The best movie I have ever seen’. But I think the only reason the little bugger said that was because I couldn’t go. Or mabye it really was a good movie and I’m just paranoid.
Meh, anyway, good comic. They’re so cute when they think someone/something is about to eat them. :3

Cowboys and Aliens was pretty good and Harrison Ford did a good job but I think Captain America was better. I can’t wait till the Avengers movies comes out next summer.

I still think it’s slenderman! Just that maybe he used to have a beard…or something

He doesn’t really have a face so the beard just grew over his entire head in the shape of a face! So he pretty much had to shave it.

You guys are over-exaggerating. There is nothing big behind us-*Turns around*….except…for…that…Anyone know where I put my tactical nuke?
…
Don’t ask why I bring a tactical nuke camping. Just help me find it before it eats us!!!

Ha – poor Big Foot. So far I’ve seen two out of the five comic book movies – Thor and X-men: First Class. X-men was quite good. Thor was not that great. I have high hopes though for Cowboys & Aliens.
