It looks like FW survived the crazy lunch rush by hiding in a trash bin! Or playing in one at least. ;p Hey, the wild corridors of school hallways can be very dangerous if one’s not careful!

Aww, poor FW playing in the trash…

I managed to see the cartoon and meme references, but I couldn’t get the video game one. *pouts*

Its alright, its from a PC game! And I guess its a little hard to figure out really…

One of them’s from Team Fortress 2, the Heavy has a sandwich he eats on there, another is from the old The Tick cartoon (spoon ish his battle cry!) and the last is, of course, the Awesome Face.

I sorta remember looking it up a while back, and I think it was used as a smiley on Something Awful, but it got over used (as in constantly in every post there) so they removed it and later replaced it not as the Awesome Face, but instead as the F-word face, lol.

Now don’t quote me on any of that, I just -think- I remember that’s how it went. ;p

Pretty much, on Something Awful they have the ability to “buy back” certain things that got banned, and the Awesome Face smiley did in fact get overused too much. And it was brought back as the “F-wordyou” face in true SA fashion.

At least, that’s the story as I recall it from various places I’ve read.

Further addendum, the game is also on PS3.

Y’know, speaking of references, Forest wears an outfit very close to that of Spongebob Squarepants; just without the tie and square shape. I mean, they both wear a white button shirt and brown pants. but no tie…

And Forrest don’t let down this guy why ? Come on, i know there is proportionaly far more jerks in webcomics than in reality (kind peoples are a minority in WC), but honestly…
