#80 – Others to Come as I think of Them

Hey, I forget to put the lid on it too sometimes! :P

I remember that the comic’s title as something my parents used to say. They’d come up with a whole bunch of rules and then when they couldn’t think of anything else, they’d just say that they could come up with more later. I, for one, don’t think its fair that these new rules were retroactive too! How was I supposed to know? Are these posted somewhere? D:

I’m working on a few other parts of the site, including trying to figure out how to do a completely seperate section for the Kingdom Hearts comic. I think it would be cool to have seperate “tabs” for each one, the main comic here, and then you click the other and the site layout stays the same, but the colors change and you can read the KH comic instead of this one! And then clicking the other tab returns you to here. I’m just not sure how to do that yet. :\

SPY SAPPEN MAH BLENDER! that was a funny comic
also fw seems to be getting shorter or is it just me?

Kid_K Reply:

FW Doesn’t seem shorter..it’s just that those two frames have no visual references to his hight in that picture.
I mean in episode #77 he is clearly taller than his sisters and Mouse.

im comparing his hight to his head his body is shrinking

Hmm…I’m not really sure…

Glad you liked the comic though!

It’s just you, weirdsnake. :P

Well, it seems Mouse had some fun in the kitchen, lol..

Gonna be fun to see how FW’s parents react to having a giant mouse in the house.. xD

Yep! :) I know I’ve forgotten the lid on the blender before, and you just stand there amazed as everything comes flying out, lol.

Yakamaru Reply:

No kidding. xD

I was making a milkshake once and i forgot the lid. Long story short: Was VERY messy afterwards..

admin Reply:

Oh yeah… XD I always wonder how the stuff gets all the way to the ceiling above the blender! Though best to ponder that after you turn it off. :P

Reply

Yakamaru Reply:

Hehehe, yeah, though i didn’t do that at the time. I just watched as the ingredients spewed all over the kitchen. :P

X3 FW doesn’t seem all to surprised that she made a mess so quickly *snickers* :3 though…a milkshake sounds dandy right now.

admin Reply:

It does! Mmmm, milkshake… :P

Wow, Love the comic! Poor Mouse, all she wanted was a milkshake, but ended up making a mess. Keep up the AWESOMELY AWESOME work!

AWESOME!!!

Haha, yep! And thanks, I’ll do my best! :P

The thing that looks suspicious to me is that “milkshake” are of the same color that mouse. Maybe she was making an “strawerry and vanilla mouse” XD

Reply

Mouse Reply:

Strawberry Vanilla Mousse sounds good! Who’s idea was it to pronounce “mousse” like “moose” anyway?

Reply

Kid_K Reply:

The French?

I think they also invented Parsley and Parley. XD

Mouse Reply:

And mayonnaise!

I like mayonnaise!

nocara Reply:

An strawerry,vanilla and…. mayonnaise mouse’s statue, 1:1 ?

S. Weltzin Reply:

And résumé. And entrepreneurship, though George W. Bush didn’t realize that.

But you’re right. Mayonnaise is important. *Nods sagely.*

Mouse Reply:

I was just quoting one of the deleted scenes from Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl.

Reply

admin Reply:

I don’t think I ever watched the deleted scenes for that one. D: Or any of them now that I think about it.

…Actually that’s true for a lot of movies, now that I think about it, uh, more. XD

Reply

S. Weltzin Reply:

Oh! I see. I only watched that about twice, so I didn’t recognize it. Apologies.

Reply

Zaiki Reply:

Which one is that?

Reply

Mouse Reply:

The first one!

lol XD

See, now that would be too silly! :P

Something similar happened to me at work the other day. Making cakes in one of those HUGE mixing bowls… SOMEONE thought it would be funny to switch the speed setting to 3… it got on top of the double high stacked ovens… But I tasted yummy and vanilla-y! It’s okay, mistakes happen, a lot :P

Wow… XD I would have hated to clean that up…So you work in a bakery then or something?

Reply

Mikomi Reply:

I cook food for boy scouts, around 400-500 at a time >.< but it isn’t all bad! I kinda enjoy it… I would LOVE to work in a bakery though!

Ah… What? FW, you mean your folks are never there (What are they doing… Hunting)?

Love the look of Mouse…. She looks like an Easter Egg.

admin Reply:

They are constantly busy! Its a long story, I might get into it in later comics. :)

Haha, and she does sorta look like one now, huh?

I’m trying to picture in my mind a Mouse “wild party”.
(Yes I’m trying my hardest to resist the “Party animals” line)
Is it just me?…or does Mouse have the metabolism of a World Class Runner? :D

Reply

Mouse Reply:

I do! I’m almost always hungry! It’s just not fair.

Reply

Zaiki Reply:

You’re not alone

Reply

admin Reply:

Yeah, she pretty much does… XD

Reply

poor mouse, she looks so troubled w/o her milkshake(and she still has no clothes, what will his parents think or that?)

Reply

admin Reply:

If his parents ever show up you mean. :P And I would too! I’m not sure if she’s more upset about her milkshake messing up, or not being able to try again at making another one!

Reply

Zaiki Reply:

If she has supervision, she can…

Reply

Mouse Reply:

I’ll get Sarah or Nikki to watch!

I’ve probably used that term myself more than my parents used them.. x3 What I’m trying to figure out is how she would be able to make both a strawberry and a vanilla milkshake at the same time in one blender.. XD

Reply

admin Reply:

I was thinking a milkshake that was a mixture of both, like a vanilla strawberry swirl or something…But its just too cute to imagine her trying to make the vanilla one first, having it go everywhere, then putting the strawberrry in to try again. X3

She needs to mention that it’s against the United States Constitution to invoke ex-post-facto laws.
Maybe Mouse hasn’t learned about that, though. Question for one of the weekly “Ask Mouse” things, perhaps? :P

Reply

Mouse Reply:

Maybe! Might be a good idea to head over to the forums and post a suggestion for next week’s topic (if you haven’t already).

Reply

S. Weltzin Reply:

If I were serious about it, I would, but I’m not. :P
Thanks for taking interest, though.

admin Reply:

If they were actual laws that might be valid! But these are just rules, so…They’re more like guidelines I guess? Rules are made to be broken after all (except not really cause that just gets you in trouble. :( ).

Reply

S. Weltzin Reply:

Are you sure you should be saying this with Mouse clearly able to view your reply? :O
Could be problematic. :D

Reply

Mouse Reply:

Hmm… guidelines eh?

I think I can safely say that blender-explosions have never happened to me in the past. Well, that’s probably because the only blender-like object I have is a food processor, and it has a safety feature where it won’t start unless the lid has been put on. Still, I give my condolences all the property value that has been damaged by forgetting to put the lid on a blender.

Hehe, I love it. :) You’re getting pretty cool ideas these days. Does anybody help you think of them or are you so imaginative yourself? ;)
