Q:

What’s the update schedule for the comic?

A:

MONDAYS and FRIDAYS! A lot of people (well, a few at least) seem to not be able to tell when I update and think its at random or something. But really, its Mondays and Fridays, honest! Wednesday isn’t a comic update at all, just silly pictures and videos and such, its just so I can share things with all of you that I find funny/entertaining.

But yeah, MONDAYS and FRIDAYS!!!   Update schedule!

Q:

Were you a part of/aware of the furry fandom when you started the comic? Or did you just feel like making it with animal people? If the latter, were you surprised when you found out?

A:

Haha, let’s see if I can tackle this in a way that makes sense. First off: Yes, I was aware of the “furry fandom” when I started the comic. A few of my friends are actually furries! I however am not, and don’t ever plan on being one. I just like drawing cartoony animals. That’s a whole ‘nother topic though, I could write a book about it, and has nothing to do with this question!

As far as why I decided to use animals in the comic, there’s a few reasons. One is that I grew up watching Looney Tunes and other shows, and characters based on animals seem to be more widely likeable than strictly human ones. I’m not sure why that is exactly, but look at shows like Spongebob, or comics like Garfield and such, cartoon animals are just more fun I think. There’s always exceptions of course.

The second reason is the cute factor. ’nuff said.
