The star of the comic! Though he doesn’t realize it (don’t want him to get a big head after all! Well, bigger anyway). Fun loving but a bit shy, he’s devoted to his friends and likes nothing more than to help those around him. An all around nice guy and probably the nicest wolf you’re likely to meet.
The rambunctious sisters of FW, whom he affectionately (yeah right) refers to as “The Twins.” At times its hard to tell them apart, but their brother seems to have little trouble doing so. Sarah is the more outgoing and adventurous of the pair, while Nikki is generally more thoughtful and collected. At least until her sister comes up with an idea they both want to try out.
FW’s energetic and fun-loving cousin, who’s taken his relative under his wing so to speak. Kyle loves nothing more than having a good time, and his favorite activity of all is eating! Mischievous but playful, he’s as likely to pull a prank as he is to play a game with you.
The no nonsense Vice Principal of Adalina Birch Junior High. He’s feared throughout the school due to his massive size and mostly shaved head (no, he’s not balding). I guess in a school full of humans and animals alike, someone’s got to keep things in line, right? He also doesn’t seem to like FW at all. No one really knows why though.
FW’s homeroom teacher at his new school. She’s got a bubbly and quirky personality and is all around excited to be teaching, though how well she actually does her job is anyone’s guess. She’s attracted to bright colors and random, shiny objects, so is an avid collector of knicknacks and such.
The distinguished principal at Adalina Birch Junior High. He’s normally bright and cheerful, and likes to dress casually (as noted by his brightly colored and usually Hawaiian themed shirts), unlike his compatriot and vice-principal Mr. Rammstein. Stern when he needs to be, one has to wonder if he’s trying too hard to appear happy-go-lucky and affable. And what’s up with that skull head tie? Despite the stereotype, being a mole does not mean he is as blind as a bat in daylight. He just prefers the dark.
Kyle’s best and closest friend since childhood. A little quirky, he seems to fit in perfectly with Kyle’s schemes and assists him in all sorts of mischief. He looks up to the wolf as something of an older brother and role model. Which might not be the best thing to do. :\ He seems rather plain at first glance, but maybe there’s something special about him?

Friend to both Kyle and Hugh (much to her disappointment), she’s the one that tries to keep them in line. A bit of a perfectionist and go-getter, she’s on the school counsel, ASB, and any number of other clubs and organizations. As such she’s almost always busy with some activity or another. Yet despite all of that, she still seems to have time to hang out with Kyle. Probably because he needs help with his homework. Bee has a bit of a quick temper, which Kyle and Hugh have learned to avoid at all costs. She’s also completely unaware of FW’s growing crush on her.
Damien is the first friend FW makes at Adalina Birch, and they quickly become very close. Perpetually perky and curious, he can also be a bit oblivious at times. Well, a lot of the time actually (maybe that’s why he’s so cheery?). He and FW share a particular brand of silly humor that makes sense only to them, and they can be quick to go off on random tangents whenever they’re around each other (Bee has a hard time trying to talk to them about anything). Despite all of this he’s a dependable and trust-worthy fox, who’s occassional words of wisdom always seem to come at the perfect time.

The cheery and fun loving rodent! Not to mention hungry. She loves nothing more than to play around, have some food, watch a movie, grab a snack, play a trick or two on FW, get dinner…There’s a pattern here somewhere. She mysteriously appeared in FW’s room one day, and apparently had been in his house before his family even moved in. FW basically adopted her as a “pet”, though she’s more like another sister to him.

This charming, though devious fox is a bit of an enigma. He doesn’t seem to open up to anyone (despite taking an interest in FW), and always seems to be watching from the sidelines at everyone’s else silly antics. Is he plotting something? Does he just want a friend? Wait, he’s rich too? Woah. Oh, and Kyle’s declared him his rival. Unfortunately, he doesn’t really pay much attention to him.
